Everything you share in therapy stays in therapy – period. Confidentiality is a top priority because I want you to feel completely safe opening up, knowing that this is your space to process, heal, and grow without fear of judgment.

The only exceptions to confidentiality are the standard legal and ethical ones (like if someone is in immediate danger), which we’ll review in your first session.
