Together, we’ll explore who you are outside of expectations. What do you want? What do you need? We’ll figure it out together, as you build confidence and self-trust without second-guessing or waiting for permission.
You will learn to set (and stick to) boundaries without guilt because “No” is a complete sentence. In addition, you will break free from perfectionism and people-pleasing. You don’t have to prove your worth because it was never questioned.
Finally, you can release the pressure to “do it all.” Because being superwoman is overrated.
